Yesterday: Carbs overshot. But hard to control when I had a friend over. Was able to have a bigger calorie deficit because I ate mostly veggies.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
