Why am I retaining water? I can see it around my ankles. I do not eat much sodium...at all. I'm drinking the same amount of water I always drink, which is plenty for my body. so what is it? Any answers would be helpful. Thank you.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
