Havent exactly passed the challenge yet. Working on day 1 of the 30 minutes of walking. I have been sooooooo lazy. Still drinking alot of water, still setting at 178, getting VERY VERY frustrated with this that I cannot break through. I'm losing my will, I HAVE to keep it up. I dont know what to do.
You know, I went to the CDC website to look at the chart on my height/weight, bmi. I should weigh 173 or less to be the right weight and not considered overweight, but I still feel like a cow. I must go workout to get this under control. GRRRRR
