WEll,sad since last 1 week over that in depression still having 1500 cal per day .I might have reached thereshhold still .I feel wekk only liver syrup and ashwagandha (Winthinia somifera) keeps me active also carrots lots of in afteroon and carrot blended stuffs and corn powde cakes having and lunch dinner rice dal and vegetable and dinner same thing .Occastinally walking going .
