First day back eating healthy and exercising after taking a break for 17 days and eating anything I wanted.....McDonald's,Ben and Jerry's,Kettle Corn and any old slop.I gained about 9 pounds.That is hard to write.I am back on the beam.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
