Finally feel like I have my focus back. The past month was an emotional rollercoaster, which effected my eating habits. But as I’ve made small changes this week... I feel so much better
213.8 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
