Yep, I gained BIG time! Wasn't going to go tonight to weigh in but decided to face the music. Part of the wt gain may be that I wore jeans when I'd been wearing as little as possible (without being arrested) this summer. Figured I might just as well start putting on more since it's only in the 60's here today. I won't be weighing in next week but am going to try and stay on track for a big loss the week after. I even took a walk today; thought I needed to get my butt moving. Help me!
