My jaw nearly dropped after my weigh in this morning. I went on my bike last night AND did some cruches, push ups, and squats in an effort to gain some muscle. Haha it sounds silly to me now, but I was so sure I'd see some positive results in the morning. WRONG! I'm down .6 pounds. What's going on?? I was so sure that the scale was buggin out, so I grabbed 3 canned soups and guess what. The scale is 100% correct. Aww man.
