Down 3 lbs from my goal weight but that's okay since I'm having an afternoon garden party with appetizers so will have a guilt free nosh. Will try to keep weight at 138 so I have some leeway for vacation eating which will come up mid October.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
