😣😣😣 last night i eat 80okczl b4 sleep so total eat is 2500kcal and.... result if weight gain 0.5 😖😖 i so crazy, yesterday since 2000pm i want to eat something n try to stop myself by drink ACV and can dare till 0200am but finally i eat n can not stop till feel full. crazy 😵😵😵
