Blow it!! Back to square one. Gonna stop smoking on Wednesday I'm dreading it. It means more calories, my dread.That's another study to take on. The restudy of food and how wrong I've been eating for the past three years at least. Can't stand brown bread. Apparently, you have to lower the acidity in your body that common refined foods are full of.

179.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week
