It was my birthday weekend, and while I didn't go way overboard, I did eat some questionable choices:

Cake - 2 pieces
Burgers - 2
Chips - probably amounted to 1 serving
Pancakes made with full fat oil
Fried eggs with white toast

But I still made sure I had fruit on hand, and did some exercise (like trampolining with the kids)
255.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
