I had frozen Lasagna last night, It wasn't that great, so having less than one serving was easy. Those have so much SODIUM!!!!! only 260 calories / serving, but 960 mg sodium. Nothing sounded good and I was on a time crunch.

I walked 1 mile this morning in 20 minutes, I 'm not sure I'll get to the 15 minute mile, seemed like I was walking fast now, but maybe when I get in better shape. This is only day 4 of walking while my daughter waits for the school bus and my husband get ready to leave for work.

I have a real messy challenge to tackle once Lowes opens I'm replacing our sink facuet and need parts. The installers who put the original sink in made it impossible to replace without cutting the copper tubing. They used permanant methods to attach the supply line to the facuet fixture....IDIOTS!! Now I have more work to do for what should have been a QUICK very simple task. Oh well, I hope I can finish before needing to cook dinner. I REALLY DON'T WANT TO CCALL A PLUMMER, I hate the service call and labor fees!!!!! They are never in the budget.

Well, I need to go work with my 4 yr. old with his reading and math lessons, before the store opens.

Have a great day.

Good job getting your walk in... to me, a mile in 20 minutes is nothing to sneeze at. I do think you'll find it easier once you get some more weight off... I did the treadmill at the gym yesterday on the fat burner cycle and found it hard to get UP to my target heart rate-- I used to have a hard time keeping it DOWN!! Hope your repair works out alright without having to call a "professional".

Sink repairs...yuck! Hubby has that on his "to do" list...luckily we have two bathrooms, so if one sink is out, we have the other one! Good luck! Great job on the 20 minute walk! I'm sure you will shave off more time the more times you do it!

Oh wow... the sink stuff sounds like a pain. I hear ya on not calling someone for that stuff. It's hard, cuz hubby isn't comfortable tackling that kind of stuff, so either I try it when he's at work or find someone that isn't as costly. Yuck. Good job getting the walking in!! Keep on trucking, it'll get easier and faster! :)
