Down 4 pounds from last Monday! Woo Hoo! So Excited! Getting compliments about my body left and right from people at gym and at work! Gotta keep moving!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
