With being sick i am having trouble staying on track i started walk/running at night but i started gaining weight and kinda worried me even though i know it is muscle gain...gotta get my head back into the game!
234.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
