I am happily surprised to see that I have lost a little weight. My reward for losing 10 pounds will be to buy myself a belly dance outfit! I still need to come up with a routine. If I can lose weight by just eating right, I know that doing some belly dance will make the weight come off in no time!
168.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
