Voor het hardlopen woog ik 51,4 en na woog ik 51kg.
Wow! Palmbier gedronken! Ik wist niet dat er zo veel cal is zit! 280 cal per glas!!!!
112.4 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
