一個月期的減體脂肪比賽,比賽結果終於出爐囉!
我體脂肪減了2.6
得冠軍來著!🙏🙏💯💯🎉🎉💪🏻💪🏻❤️❤️👍👍🙌🏻🙌🏻
來這個肥秘密的寶地,有著大家的鼓勵跟看看大家的菜單,真的幫助不少!

比賽結果拖了太久才揭曉,所以比賽完之後又時有時無的放肆了起來,看來還是要維持著去健身房走走的好習慣,體脂肪才能慢慢繼續降下來啊!
