01/27/13 Glad to see a drop this week. Man it sure is a process! I've hovered around the same area for a bit now. Up and down--Up and down. I drink water all the time but haven't been putting it in my diary. I have to say I am more concious about it due to the water challenge I joined. I'll keep moving forward.
