A few weeks of really overeating, am bloated and feeling like crap, really shouldnt do this to myself. So today I started with an online personal trainer for the next 6 weeks following a meal plan and training routine, back to clean eating and hopefully feeling less terrible soon
135.1 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

611 kcal Fat: 27.59g | Prot: 59.10g | Carb: 39.45g.   Breakfast: Red Onions, Sweet Red Peppers, Mushrooms, Egg White, Egg (Whole). Lunch: Coconut Oil, Green Hot Chilli Peppers, Baby Spinach, I&J Hake Fillet. Dinner: Cottage Cheese, Woolworths Baby Marrows, Woolworths Chicken Mince, Avocados. Snacks/Other: Woolworths Raw Honey, Raspberries, Papayas, Woolworths Greek Style Yoghurt. more...
