This is where weightloss confuses me. I had been sick last week and only worked out 2x - my diet wasn’t 100% healthy but I still managed to lose 1.7kgs over 7 days.
212.1 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
