I ate a large baked potato with sour cream, no butter. I had fish and a spinach salad with water to drink. Friday night
Disapointing weight gain, but started my cycle on Friday, so hope this is the reason.
Didn't do exercise today, spent many hours helping my daughter stay on task cleaning
