I have not been taken in as many carbs under 60 grams. it's been a week now. I feel a big difference in my body my head hurting honestly. I cheated yesterday and had to Little Debbie's 🍰 but I got this . The weight has really affected my life a lot I really need to get this 50 to 75 lbs off. r September I am going to get 10 to 15 pounds off thank you everyone for the support

If you have headache with low carb eating, have some salty broth or bouillon a couple of times a day. The body sheds salt with a low carb diet.

Sunshine it seems everything is hard with thyroid disease. It affects everything. You can do this

I know I should only be weighing in maybe one time a week or once every two weeks I weighed in this morning and I'm 228.4 which is almost another pound going.
