I need to watch myself. I seem to be on the downward slope. I don't know if it's because I don't feel good or if I am mentally telling myself food is not good again. Going to add a few more calories in today.
145.9 lb Lost so far: 172.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
