I'll take a 6oz loss...any loss at this point makes me happy. fingers crossed i reach my goal of 199 by sep 20th. I'll need prayers people lol
211.0 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
