I'm back from Texas and getting back into my routine was a battle. I bought my fruit and veg for juices and got all my steps in today. I only gained like 1.8 pounds over the last week I'm happy with that but I still have these tamales and tortillas I have to work in and out of my diet. I thank you all for the prayers for Odessa Texas my sister is a teacher and said nobody hardly sent thier kids to school monday. The whole town was wearing yellow for HOPE. In a strange way the shootings has brought the town together. The teachers prayed and cried together and random acts of kindness is making the news in the city. I myself am in AZ now and kinda jumpy I've noticed. I'm glad I was there cause my sis said she would have been shopping in that area if I hadnt of wanted to go to some other new places she doesnt frequent. The 2 year old girl survived and was released from the hospital!!!!! So happy for her family!! Thanks for everyone of your prayers I know every single prayer was heard and made a difference.
