I am sooooooooooo happy! For ONCE I have been able to actually see the weight that I am working on losing drop fast enough that I don't get impatient/ depressed and stop dieting. Although this diet is tedious- it works. The best part about it is that I'm losing ###! :) My next NEW goal is to get below 232. I plan to do this NLT Monday! My following goal is to get to 230 by the 17th. That way, if I gain 5# from my Day 1 and 2 of the fat phase,then I won't have misgivings about gaining # back.
