Okay back and working towards my lifestyle switch as I drink my carrot blueberry strawberry and (surprise) spinach smoothie :) I had gotten back up to about 253 which in the grander scheme is not horrible but definitely want to be on the downward path again.
I joined the annual biggest loser at my chiropractor's office again and my lowest weigh in there was 247 so iI feel like I am in a good place. My initial weigh in was Monday at 253.5 and just by paying attention a little this week I have already dropped 5.5 :) I need to remember it is not a HUGE lifestyle switch,it is moderation here and there and making better choices on a general basis.
I love my new fam doc she is all about nutrition and alternative therapies and does not immediately run tot he pharmaceuticals.
