Thyroid issues but I will get the weight off.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I too have severe thyroid issues. O lost over 36 lbs by exercising and eating a low carb, low fat high protien diet. Took most processed foods out and helped my Hashimotos alot. Good luck!💜

Good morning. Thanks. Yes I had Thyroid cancer and it's a true struggle. Yes I am on a lite Keto diet , I am walking in this journey with my head up and a clean eating path this time. I don't eat alot, I just am a snacker very seriously. No snack for over a week now and I been doing over 7,500 steps day on top of walking 2 times a week. In due time I will be where I need to be. Thanks for all your support.
