I'm really hesitant to record this, it feels like the scale bold-faced lied to me. but really, it's the result of losing waste weight and switching to basal calorie limit on Friday because I got a troublesome tattoo touched up. so I've honestly probably lost a bit of muscle with this, I dunno. but no activity involving sweating for 72 hours and depending on how it continues to heal, I might not be able to exercise at all until it's finished.

I'm pretty sad about not exercising but I'm still trying to be active by going out, walking, etc. school started and I've received compliments and a few weird looks, lol.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 73.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
