Back from vacation! Great time. Worked out with body weight exercises that my trainer gave me to do every other day, ate whatever I wanted in moderation...and i did not gain or lose a pound!!!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
