Had a rough week. Didn’t not eat properly, it at least workouts were consistent. It’s true what they say... 90% of fat loss happens through the right diet.
171.3 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
