Haven't weighed myself in a while obviously, but either way gaining 6 pounds isn't great 😬 Going to work hard in September to at least get back to where I was 👍👏💪 Going to watch my macros a little more closely along with my calories and focus on eating whole foods. I'm starting a new job too which will make exercise harder so my goal is basically just to take walks whenever I can instead of killing myself on HIIT workouts (even though I love them 😭). So happy the weather is cooler!!! 🍁
