White bread 🍞 two slices of a Portuguese loaf yesterday. I haven't eliminated anything out my diet (yet) but I'm really starting to think that I should just avoid white bread because I get so bloated. I never actually noticed it before I lost the weight. Now that I'm aware of how I react to white bread I have to wonder how I coped before because bread was totally my go-to. I probably felt so crap the whole time that I didn't even notice when I was bloated?!? Lots of good lessons to be learnt on this journey if you open yourself to them.
184.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
