No time for Gym, out at a social gathering and loaded up on snacks last night. No idea how much I ate. 😳tonight another gathering. What rules does everyone go by if you are invited to a gathering and you don’t want to look like a difficult guest who’s picky on food.?
148.8 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
