1481 kcal Fat: 49.23g | Prot: 114.63g | Carb: 161.81g.   Breakfast: Milk (Nonfat) , Coffee, Apricot Jams and Preserves , Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Flaxseed Meal. Lunch: Twelve Grain Tortillas, Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Chicken Soup with Egg Noodles. Dinner: Coffee, Milk (Nonfat), Broccoli , Egg, Egg White , Turkey Bacon-Style, Light Cheese. Snacks/Other: Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew, Coffee, Milk (Nonfat) , Greek Yogurt Plain, Bananas , Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened) , Whey Protein, Almond Milk(Original Unsweetened), Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate + Protein. more...
