I feel really good about this weigh in. I haven't weighed myself in 1 1/2 weeks. I am being very strict about recording everything that I eat, even the bad stuff...had a few chips the other night and recorded that too! I try to record my exercise accurately as well, even the desk work! Since I started this I think 4 weeks ago, I have lost approximately 6 lbs. It brings me back down to my usual weight but I hope to continue to lose more, about another 15 lbs. I am going on a 2 week holiday. I am not going to "diet" per se, but I am going to try to exercise regularly, and just try to eat healthy, so that at least I can maintain.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
