That is a nice suprise. Getting closer to my goal. I was at the doctor and missed lunch I only had a small meal did not want to mess up dinner time. My calories were 1140 less than 1600.
Anyhow I was surprised and happy this morning.
169.6 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
