Yesterday was a good day until I got finished with Taekwondo class. I was so hungry that I finished about two servings of hamburger helper. I was not sure why, because I had already eaten 2400 calories for the day but I was hungry and decided I wanted it. Fortunately, it did not put me up on the scale very much. We will see how the remainder of the day goes.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
