Stayed the same.

Walked 2.4 miles slowly but steady pace with a friend pushing a wheelchair last night. We also hed my 4 yr. old with us.

This morning I walked faster, but not as fast as I want to work up (down in time) to walking. My walking partner this morning had on flip flop type sandals.

My goal is to get to 15 minute miles. Today was about 25 minutes. I'm out of shape.
195.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I think getting out there for activity period....is a FANTASTIC thing! Bravo for you! You kicked my butt activity wise this whole week! You go!
