My energy level seemed to be low today. Worked out, but it was really hard to keep up and complete everything. Maybe it's the lack of sleep I've been getting. Need to get more rest tonight.

MORNING WORKOUT
30 Day shred (Day 3)...only did up to round 3. Got too tired and stopped.

MEALS
Breakfast: Visalus Shake
Lunch: Visalus Shake (half of it only)
Dinner: Homemade Nachos
Snack: (1) Macadamia Nut Hershey Kiss and a sip of Pepsi.

EVENING WORKOUT
Treadmill: worked out for 41 minutes. (Supposed to be 43min. but treadmill shut off on me. Ugh.)
130.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
