Broken rib finally healed, started back at the gym a week and some change ago. Using Jack3d for pre-workout energy, pushing 2 servings of Amp 60 from GNC post workouts, following diet reasonably well. If only I can stop drinking on the weekends :P Gaining a decent amount of muscle mass and it's obvious.
