This is unbeliable inspite of sedentary life weight kept on decresaing .Having controlled diet just 15 gms i reduced rice intake and it showign effect i means 105 gm or rice for whole day lunch and dinner intead of 120 gms and no outside junk food. i think that livosoin syrup DS is causign this as it might have increased metabolism.Also having Ashwagandha (stress reducing ) Winthinia Somifera capsules after dinner and lunch .And having Chlorella supplement in morning only .
Calorie deficit is the main reasong that reducing weight though minimal yet it less.Happy but feeling weak .Also my trouser not becomiing saggy had to lift it .OH my god.
155.9 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
