This is unbeliable inspite of sedentary life weight kept on decresaing .Having controlled diet just 15 gms i reduced rice intake and it showign effect i means 105 gm or rice for whole day lunch and dinner intead of 120 gms and no outside junk food. i think that livosoin syrup DS is causign this as it might have increased metabolism.Also having Ashwagandha (stress reducing ) Winthinia Somifera capsules after dinner and lunch .And having Chlorella supplement in morning only . Calorie deficit is the main reasong that reducing weight though minimal yet it less.Happy but feeling weak .Also my trouser not becomiing saggy had to lift it .OH my god.
