Good morning, hope everyone is having a good morning. I weighed this morning and I gained I don't know how unless it's from the other day when I ate to much but I am the kind of person that can look at food and gain a pound but I know I can lose it.
297.2 lb Lost so far: 202.8 lb.    Still to go: 147.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
