I know it's the exercise that's the problem. With baby breastfeeding I tend to opt for only walking every day 😕 I will try your advice, thanks!

Oh okay breastfeeding 😉 best to ask an expert for good food choices. Baby comes first and if you stay at one weight and not picking up I would say you doing well. Brest feeding can make one very hungry and tired 😆 it will at least help with your stomach "pulling" back quicker - good on you!
