Stuck...I'm not expecting miracles, honestly, but it gets to you if you are sooooo proud of your weeks meals and no cheats and then you're stuck🙄
141.1 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe shock your body? It is getting use to your eating habits. Up your calories for a while and do some different exercise?

No expert - but I hear that helps. I have been eating wrong for two weeks now so getting back into things again this week. Good luck

I know it's the exercise that's the problem. With baby breastfeeding I tend to opt for only walking every day 😕 I will try your advice, thanks!

Oh okay breastfeeding 😉 best to ask an expert for good food choices. Baby comes first and if you stay at one weight and not picking up I would say you doing well. Brest feeding can make one very hungry and tired 😆 it will at least help with your stomach "pulling" back quicker - good on you!

do a detox when you get stuck. it gives the body a good reset...
