It's the carbs...they put a stall in my weight lose...my major downfall is the sweets, (cookies, donuts, cakes, candy bars.) when I have one it is like an addiction going for the whole day and I just can't have one and be done..so the only way to do it is avoid it altogether...which has been working for the past month...
