Didn’t weigh in over the weekend. Just focused on eating healthy and getting my work outs in. Woke up to a pleasant surprise. I’m realizing how much stress effects weight loss aswell.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 41.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.7 lb a week
