I lost an inch on my waist in the last 2 weeks, and half an inch on my hips, and an inch where my bra strap goes. Only a pound since last week, so I'm glad I took my first measurements 2 weeks ago. I made my goal of eating steel cut oats before 2pm for my cholesterol. The Explore Cuisine Organic Green Lentil Penne at 1/2 cup serving size was a nice salad topper (13 grams of protein). I also added some low fat feta, instead of meat.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
