Made it!! Now I go into maintenance. It's to easy to go back to former eating habits so still important to continue to monitor or al least pay attention to what I eat. This has been a great journey! Thanks for everyone's support. It makes a difference.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
