Somewhere between reasonably well and poorly! I didn't keep up my restrictions on 3 out of 7 days this week due to schedule changes/tied up access to a kitchen, life happens!!! I had Chinese food, frozen lasagna (4 servings!), 3 times this week. Otherwise, I had my usual large serving of greens and a protein with 1/4 cup complex carb or legumes. I actually felt shaky today and realized I was starving as I've been preoccupied. I've got to make more of an effort next week to eat at midday, and have oatmeal in the morning to sustain me from fasting and getting shaky and starving by dinner. oatmeal, hummus and veg, piece of whole wheat pita, brown rice with chopped salad ingredients mixed in, are all good snacks to have prepared. I actually missed my veggies when I ate Chinese and lasagna
